Customer service
Start with your shipping status
A label being printed does not mean the carrier has the package. Cancellation requests may be submitted until carrier transfer, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
We want customers to be confident in their Praxiline purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains when products may be returned, how refunds and replacements are handled, and what information may be required when a problem occurs.
Praxiline is operated by Proko Design Products LLC (“Praxiline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Unless otherwise stated, this policy applies to products purchased directly from Praxiline through our website or another Praxiline-operated sales channel.
30-Day Return Period
Eligible products may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return request must be submitted to Praxiline within the 30-day period.
We generally review return and cancellation requests within 1-2 business days.
Unless your return instructions state otherwise, please ship an authorized return within 14 days after receiving return authorization.
A product does not need to arrive back at Praxiline within those 30 days if the customer contacted us within the return period and follows the return instructions and timeframe we provide.
Returns requested after the 30-day period may be declined unless otherwise required by applicable law or covered by a separate written warranty.
Eligible products are physical products purchased directly from Praxiline that are returned within the applicable return period and satisfy the condition, proof-of-purchase, and other requirements in this policy. Products identified before purchase as Final Sale or As Is, products damaged or materially altered by the customer, and substantially incomplete products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Contact Us Before Returning Anything
Please contact Praxiline before sending a product back.
Do not mail or ship a return without first receiving return instructions from us.
After reviewing the request, we may provide:
- the appropriate return address;
- a return authorization or reference number;
- a prepaid or customer-paid shipping label;
- packaging instructions;
- additional information we reasonably need; or
- another resolution that does not require the product to be returned.
Products sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed, refused, or may not qualify for a refund if we cannot reasonably identify or process the return.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for refunds, replacements, and other purchase-based remedies.
Acceptable proof may include:
- a Praxiline order number;
- a Praxiline invoice;
- a receipt;
- an order-confirmation email;
- an authorized-retailer receipt;
- the purchaser's name or email address together with sufficient information for us to locate the transaction;
- limited payment information, such as the last four digits of the payment card, where reasonably needed to locate an order; or
- other information that allows Praxiline to independently verify the transaction.
A bank or credit-card statement may sometimes be accepted as supporting documentation if it contains enough information for us to verify the transaction.
Praxiline will never require you to provide your full credit-card number, CVV/security code, or PIN to request a return, refund, or replacement.
A product's serial number, batch number, or other identifying information may help us verify authenticity or determine its original distribution channel, but product identification alone does not necessarily establish eligibility for a purchase-price refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you ordered the correct product but later decide that you do not want it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For a full product-price refund, the product should be:
- unopened; or
- opened only for reasonable inspection;
- unused;
- complete;
- clean;
- unmodified; and
- in like-new, resalable condition.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
If Praxiline provides a return shipping label for convenience, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund rather than requiring the customer to purchase postage separately.
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable on a change-of-mind return unless required by applicable law.
We encourage customers to contact us as soon as they decide to make a return, even though the maximum return-request period is 30 days.
What “Resalable Condition” Means
A product is considered resalable when it is:
- complete;
- clean;
- unmodified;
- free from customer-caused damage;
- free from excessive wear; and
- returned with all components originally supplied with the product.
Opening packaging for reasonable inspection does not by itself make a product non-resalable.
Opened or Used Products
Opening a product for reasonable inspection is different from using it.
If a product has been used, the customer may still request a return within the 30-day return period, but a full refund is not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return results from a verified Praxiline error or qualifying product defect.
Returned products will be inspected after receipt.
Depending on the product's condition, Praxiline may issue a partial refund based on factors including:
- degree of use;
- overall condition;
- cleanliness;
- completeness;
- wear;
- modification;
- damage; and
- remaining resale value.
Products showing substantial use, excessive wear, customer-caused damage, modification, missing components, or other conditions that materially reduce or eliminate their resale value may receive a significantly reduced refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Sets and Bundles
Products sold as a set, kit, or bundle must generally be returned as a complete set to qualify for a full return refund.
If components are missing, the refund may be reduced by the reasonable value of the missing components.
A substantially incomplete set may not qualify for a refund.
If returning an item changes the customer's eligibility for a bundle price, free item, discount, or promotional offer, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the terms and value of the original promotion.
Sale and Promotional Items
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount remain eligible for return under this policy.
Refunds are based on the actual amount paid for the returned product, not its regular retail price.
Products expressly identified before purchase as Final Sale or As Is are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Final-sale or as-is status does not eliminate remedies that may be available for an incorrect product, qualifying manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Product Condition and Manufacturing Characteristics
Some Praxiline products may exhibit minor variation as a normal result of their manufacturing process.
Normal Manufacturing Characteristics
Minor variations in:
- surface texture;
- layer appearance;
- finish;
- color;
- edge appearance;
- lettering appearance; or
- other manufacturing characteristics
that do not materially affect the product's intended function are not considered manufacturing defects.
After reviewing the information provided, Praxiline will determine how the condition is classified, taking into consideration its nature, severity, effect on function, and available documentation.
An issue may be classified as:
Minor Cosmetic Manufacturing Flaw
A manufacturing-related visual imperfection that does not materially affect the product's intended use, durability, legibility, fit, or function.
Examples may include a small surface blemish, localized roughness, slight discoloration, minor printing inconsistency, or small lettering imperfection that remains usable and legible.
Depending on severity, Praxiline may offer an appropriate accommodation, such as a partial refund, discount, or other resolution while allowing the customer to keep the product.
Significant Cosmetic Flaw
A manufacturing-related appearance issue that is substantially more noticeable than ordinary production variation but does not necessarily prevent the product from functioning.
Depending on the circumstances, Praxiline may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund upon return, or another appropriate resolution.
Functional Manufacturing Defect
A manufacturing defect that prevents or materially interferes with the product performing its intended function.
Examples may include:
- a missing functional feature;
- significant warping;
- materially incorrect geometry;
- a broken component upon arrival; or
- another manufacturing condition that materially interferes with normal use.
Where a functional manufacturing defect is verified, Praxiline may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Praxiline will pay required return-shipping costs when we require a verified defective product to be returned.
Cosmetic Issue Resolutions
Not every cosmetic issue requires a product to be discarded or returned.
For a qualifying minor cosmetic issue that does not affect use, Praxiline may offer the customer the option to keep the product and receive a partial refund or discount.
The amount, if any, will depend on the nature and severity of the condition.
Accepting a keep-the-product partial refund resolves the specific cosmetic claim and the same condition cannot later be used as the basis for an additional refund.
This does not affect a separate defect that later becomes apparent.
Normal Wear
Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Normal wear includes gradual cosmetic or physical changes caused by ordinary use over time, such as:
- scratches;
- scuffs;
- surface marks;
- fading;
- worn edges; or
- gradual changes in finish.
Customer Damage, Alteration, and Misuse
Damage resulting from customer actions is generally not eligible for a defect-based refund or free replacement.
This may include damage caused by:
- cutting;
- drilling;
- sanding;
- painting;
- excessive force;
- heat;
- chemicals or solvents;
- improper storage;
- deliberate reshaping;
- modification;
- improper care; or
- use inconsistent with applicable product instructions.
We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the condition.
Praxiline may choose to offer a courtesy replacement discount or other accommodation, but such an accommodation is discretionary and does not mean the condition was a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Product Sent
If Praxiline sends a product different from the product ordered, please contact us and provide:
- your order information; and
- a photograph showing the product received.
Once verified, Praxiline will arrange an appropriate correction at no return-shipping cost to the customer.
Depending on the customer's preference and product availability, this may include:
- sending the correct product; or
- accepting return of the incorrect product and issuing a full applicable refund.
When a return is required, the refund is generally issued after the returned product has been received and verified.
Incorrect Quantity or Missing Components
If an order contains fewer items or components than were purchased, please contact us and provide:
- your order number;
- a photograph of the products and package contents received; and
- any other reasonable information needed to verify the issue.
If Praxiline confirms a fulfillment error, we will send the verified missing product or component at no additional cost to the customer.
The replacement may be shipped using an appropriately sized package or mailer.
A complete product return is generally unnecessary when sending the missing component adequately resolves the issue.
Shipping Damage
If a product arrives damaged during transportation, contact us promptly.
Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials while the claim is being reviewed.
We may request photographs showing:
- the damaged product;
- outer shipping packaging;
- internal packaging;
- shipping label; and
- the area of damage.
If shipping damage is verified, Praxiline may provide:
- a free replacement;
- a refund upon return; or
- another appropriate resolution.
If we require the damaged product to be returned, Praxiline will pay the return-shipping cost.
A replacement shipment may be sent using a more secure delivery method, including carrier hold-for-pickup where reasonably available.
Packages Lost in Transit
If carrier information indicates that a package has been lost in transit, Praxiline will review the shipment and available carrier information.
Once the loss is reasonably verified, we may provide the customer with:
- a replacement; or
- a refund.
Praxiline may also initiate a carrier or insurance claim.
The customer may be asked to provide reasonable information or cooperation necessary to investigate the shipment.
Tracking Says “Delivered,” but the Package Cannot Be Found
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking:
- the delivery location;
- mailbox or package locker;
- entrances or alternate doors;
- building mailroom or reception area;
- household members;
- authorized recipients; and
- nearby locations where the carrier could reasonably have placed the package.
Where appropriate, please also check with neighbors or building management.
Praxiline may review:
- carrier tracking;
- delivery confirmation;
- available delivery photographs or location information;
- the shipping address;
- prior delivery history; and
- other relevant circumstances.
We may also initiate a carrier inquiry.
Where we determine that a courtesy replacement is appropriate after a package has been reported delivered but cannot be located, the replacement may be limited to one replacement shipment and may require secure carrier pickup, signature confirmation, or another secure-delivery method.
Praxiline may apply additional verification or secure-delivery requirements to repeated delivery claims associated with an order, customer, household, account, or delivery address.
Repeated, inconsistent, or suspicious claims may be subject to further review.
Secure Pickup for Replacement Shipments
For certain replacement shipments, Praxiline may require delivery to a secure carrier-supported pickup location rather than unattended residential delivery.
Depending on availability, this may include:
- USPS Hold for Pickup;
- UPS Access Point or Customer Center;
- FedEx pickup location; or
- another carrier-supported secure location.
Where practical, Praxiline may identify available secure pickup options based on the customer's ZIP Code or shipping address and allow the customer to select an appropriate location.
We may also offer secure pickup as an optional delivery method or promotion where available.
Availability, carrier requirements, identification requirements, and eligibility vary by location and carrier.
Customer Entered an Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order.
If you discover an error before shipment, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the package is transferred to the carrier.
If an order has already shipped to an address supplied by the customer, Praxiline cannot guarantee interception or redirection.
If the package is returned to Praxiline because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, we may reship it after confirming the corrected address.
The customer is generally responsible for the new shipping charge where the original address error was provided by the customer.
If the shipping problem resulted from an error made by Praxiline, we will correct it at our expense.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
A refused or unclaimed package is not automatically considered an approved return.
If a package is returned to Praxiline after being refused or left unclaimed, we will inspect and process it after receipt.
Any eligible refund will be determined under this policy.
Original shipping charges and carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted and where the refusal or failure to claim the shipment was not caused by Praxiline.
Order Cancellations and Orders Placed by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake or want to cancel it, contact Praxiline as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a cancellation, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
An order may still be eligible for cancellation after a shipping label is printed if the package has not been transferred to the carrier. Printing a label is not the cancellation cutoff.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled and the return process applies.
After delivery, the customer may request a return under the standard change-of-mind provisions of this policy.
In that situation:
- the customer is responsible for return shipping; and
- original shipping charges are generally not refundable.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order has been cancelled.
An order is considered cancelled only after Praxiline confirms the cancellation.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us promptly.
If the duplicate order has not shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue the applicable refund.
If the duplicate order has already shipped, it may be returned after delivery under our standard change-of-mind return provisions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping where Praxiline correctly fulfilled separate orders that were submitted by the customer.
Returned Products That Are Incomplete or Damaged
All returned products are subject to inspection.
If a product is returned:
- incomplete;
- missing components;
- materially used;
- damaged after delivery;
- modified;
- excessively worn;
- contaminated or unreasonably dirty; or
- otherwise materially different from its condition when supplied,
the refund may be reduced to reflect the condition and reasonably diminished value.
In circumstances where the product has little or no remaining value due to the returned condition, no refund may be issued where permitted by law.
Different Product Returned or Empty Package
The product returned must correspond to the product for which the return was authorized.
If we receive:
- a different product;
- an empty package;
- an altered or substituted item;
- materially different contents; or
- a product that cannot reasonably be connected to the authorized return,
the refund may be withheld while we investigate the discrepancy.
We may request additional information from the customer and review available order, shipping, serial-number, weight, packaging, and quality-control records.
Fraudulent returns may be denied.
Quality-Control Documentation
As part of our quality-control and order-verification process, Praxiline may photograph or otherwise document products and package contents during final inspection and packing.
These records may help us verify:
- product condition;
- order accuracy;
- quantities;
- components supplied;
- packaging; and
- fulfillment information
if a question arises after shipment.
Our quality-control process may include:
Production → Inspection → Product Documentation → Packing → Package-Content Documentation → Sealing → Shipping Label
Quality-control records are supporting evidence and will be considered together with other available information when reviewing a claim.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We generally do not issue a refund to a different credit card, bank account, or unrelated person.
If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, we may use another lawful and appropriate method.
The time required for a refund to appear after it is issued may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution.
When a refund is issued, applicable sales tax associated with the refunded amount will also be refunded or adjusted as required.
When Refunds Are Issued
When a physical return is required, refunds are generally issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
We may waive the return requirement when returning the product would be unnecessary, impractical, or uneconomical.
Waiving a return requirement in one situation does not create an obligation to waive it for another customer or claim.
Where no product return is required, we will process an approved refund after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
Responsibility for return shipping depends on why the product is being returned.
Customer generally pays return shipping when:
- the customer changes their mind;
- the correct product was ordered and delivered;
- the customer accidentally placed a duplicate order that already shipped; or
- the customer ordered the product by mistake.
Praxiline generally pays return shipping when:
- Praxiline shipped the wrong product;
- a qualifying manufacturing defect is verified and we require the product back;
- the product was materially damaged during shipping and we require its return; or
- Praxiline made another verified fulfillment error.
Where the customer is responsible for return shipping and Praxiline provides a prepaid label for convenience, the applicable return-shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Products Purchased From Retailers or Other Sellers
Praxiline's direct return-and-refund policy applies to products purchased directly from Praxiline.
Products purchased from an authorized:
- retailer;
- reseller;
- distributor;
- marketplace seller; or
- other third party
must generally be returned to the original seller and are subject to that seller's applicable return and refund policy.
If a product was originally distributed through a retail partner, Praxiline may use product, batch, serial, invoice, or distribution information to identify the applicable sales channel.
For purchase-price refunds, customers should contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased using their receipt or order confirmation.
A retailer receipt may help verify purchase for an applicable product issue or claim, but a third-party purchase generally must be returned or refunded through that retailer unless Praxiline specifically agrees otherwise or applicable law requires another result.
A separate Praxiline manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, may provide different rights for qualifying product defects.
Secondhand and Private Resale Purchases
Products purchased:
- secondhand;
- through a private sale;
- from another consumer;
- through an unauthorized seller; or
- through another transaction for which Praxiline did not receive the customer's purchase payment
are not eligible for a purchase-price refund from Praxiline.
Product ownership or possession alone does not establish refund eligibility.
Where an applicable transferable manufacturer's warranty exists, warranty eligibility will be determined under the terms of that warranty.
Praxiline may request sufficient information to identify the original purchase, purchaser, retailer, distribution channel, or transaction before determining eligibility.
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
Praxiline reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to limit or deny returns, refunds, replacements, courtesy accommodations, or future transactions when there is reasonable evidence of:
- return fraud;
- product substitution;
- empty-package returns;
- falsified documentation;
- repeated or inconsistent claims;
- abuse of promotional offers;
- misuse of the return process; or
- other fraudulent or abusive activity.
We may use relevant order, payment, fulfillment, shipping, product-identification, customer-service, and quality-control information when reviewing a claim.
A legitimate claim will not be denied merely because a customer previously made another legitimate claim.
Our Determination of Product Issues
When a customer reports a product condition, we may request photographs, video, proof of purchase, product identification, or other reasonable information.
After reviewing the available information, Praxiline will determine whether the reported condition is most appropriately classified as:
- a normal manufacturing characteristic;
- minor cosmetic manufacturing flaw;
- significant cosmetic flaw;
- functional manufacturing defect;
- shipping damage;
- normal wear;
- customer-caused damage;
- alteration or misuse; or
- another applicable condition.
The appropriate remedy will depend on that determination and the circumstances of the claim.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Rights Under Applicable Law
No restocking fee is charged for an eligible return. This does not prevent permitted refund adjustments or deductions described in this policy, including for return shipping, missing components, use, damage, reduced resale value, or the loss of a promotion.
This policy describes Praxiline's general return, refund, and replacement practices.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Where applicable law provides a customer with greater rights than this policy, those legal requirements will control.
