Thank you for shopping with Praxiline.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Praxiline website are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled if a shipping issue occurs.
Praxiline is operated by Proko Design Products LLC (“Praxiline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy applies to orders placed directly through our website unless different shipping terms are expressly stated for a particular product, promotion, wholesale order, or other transaction.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping destinations and methods will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations, addresses, territories, or destinations where we cannot reasonably provide service.
Additional destinations may be added in the future.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.
Products may be available from finished inventory or may be produced after an order is placed. The applicable product page will identify the product's current availability and, where applicable, the estimated timeframe for processing and shipment.
Products identified as made to order, backordered, or otherwise requiring production may require additional processing time before they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Any estimated shipment timeframe shown on the product page or at checkout at the time the order is placed will apply to that order.
Availability and estimated shipment timeframes may change as inventory levels, order volume, and production capacity change. Changes made after an order is placed will not shorten the shipment timeframe represented to the customer when the order was submitted.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Business days generally exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Orders may require additional processing time because of:
- unusually high order volume;
- product availability;
- custom or made-to-order items;
- payment verification;
- suspected fraud;
- address verification;
- weather or emergency conditions; or
- other circumstances reasonably outside our normal operations.
If a product has a different processing period, that information may be stated on the applicable product page.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping or delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery time generally consists of:
Order processing time + carrier transit time.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual transit times may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
These may include:
- weather;
- carrier delays;
- transportation disruptions;
- holidays;
- incorrect routing;
- service interruptions;
- high seasonal volume; or
- other logistical events.
We will comply with applicable requirements concerning material delays in shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Shipping charges may depend on factors such as:
- destination;
- package size;
- package weight;
- shipping method;
- carrier; and
- promotional offers.
Any available free-shipping promotion will be subject to the terms stated with that offer.
Shipping Carriers
We may use carriers including:
- United States Postal Service (USPS);
- UPS;
- FedEx; or
- another reputable delivery provider.
The carrier used for an order may depend on the destination, package characteristics, delivery method selected, cost, availability, and operational considerations.
We do not guarantee that a particular carrier will be used unless specifically stated at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been prepared for shipment.
Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label is created.
An order is considered shipped when the package is transferred to the shipping carrier. Creation of a shipping label alone does not mean that the order has shipped.
Carrier systems may require time to receive, scan, and update the shipment.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and make appropriate arrangements for delivery.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Before submitting an order, please carefully verify:
- recipient name;
- street address;
- apartment, suite, or unit number;
- city;
- state;
- ZIP Code; and
- any other information necessary for delivery.
Praxiline is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.
Address Changes
If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or shipping.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, a customer may also be able to request a delivery modification directly through the carrier, depending on the service used.
Additional carrier charges for an address correction, intercept, or redirect may be the customer's responsibility where the original address provided to us was incorrect.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to us because of circumstances such as:
- an incorrect or incomplete address;
- an unknown recipient;
- an unclaimed package;
- repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
- refusal of delivery; or
- another carrier-determined delivery issue.
If a package is returned to Praxiline, we will review the circumstances and contact the customer when appropriate.
If the return resulted from an error made by Praxiline, we will correct the issue at our expense.
If the package was returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, the customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping the order again.
Where appropriate, we may instead offer a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, less shipping charges or other amounts that may lawfully be deducted.
Packages Lost in Transit
If tracking indicates that a package has stopped moving, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us.
We may:
- review the tracking history;
- confirm the shipping address;
- contact or initiate an inquiry with the carrier;
- request additional information from the customer;
- submit a carrier claim where appropriate; and
- determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Customers may be asked to cooperate with reasonable carrier investigation or claim procedures.
A carrier investigation does not necessarily need to be completed before we provide a resolution where we determine that sufficient evidence exists to do so.
Packages Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- check around the delivery location;
- check mailboxes, parcel lockers, entrances, porches, side doors, or other normal delivery areas;
- ask household members or other authorized recipients;
- check with building management, reception, or a mailroom where applicable;
- check with nearby neighbors if appropriate; and
- allow a reasonable amount of time in case the carrier's delivery scan occurred before final placement of the package.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly.
We may ask you to provide or confirm:
- your order number;
- shipping address;
- tracking information;
- details regarding the delivery location; and
- other reasonable information needed to investigate the claim.
We may also request that the carrier conduct a delivery inquiry or provide available delivery confirmation.
A carrier scan showing “delivered” will be considered relevant evidence of delivery, but we will evaluate missing-package claims based on the circumstances of the individual case.
Theft After Delivery
Customers are encouraged to provide a reasonably secure delivery location and to use available secure-delivery options when unattended delivery presents a risk of loss or theft.
If reliable carrier records show that a package was delivered to the address provided with the order and the package is subsequently lost or stolen after delivery, Praxiline may determine that the shipment was successfully completed.
However, we understand that package theft can occur.
Customers should contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and determine whether assistance, a replacement option, carrier inquiry, insurance claim, or other accommodation may be available.
Any accommodation offered for a package that appears to have been stolen after confirmed delivery may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in future cases.
Delivery to Apartments, Multi-Unit Buildings, and Mailrooms
For deliveries to apartment buildings, offices, dormitories, mailrooms, reception desks, package rooms, or similar locations, delivery to an individual or location authorized to receive packages for the address may constitute delivery.
Customers are responsible for retrieving packages from their building's designated delivery location.
PO Boxes and Carrier Restrictions
Some shipping services or carriers may not deliver to certain PO Boxes or other restricted addresses.
If the shipping method selected cannot be used for the address provided, we may:
- use another appropriate carrier or service;
- contact you for an alternate address; or
- cancel and refund the affected order if we cannot reasonably complete delivery.
Hold-for-Pickup and Secure Delivery Options
Where available, customers may be able to arrange carrier-supported options such as:
- hold for pickup;
- delivery to an authorized carrier location;
- package lockers;
- delivery instructions;
- signature service; or
- other secure-delivery options.
Availability depends on the carrier and shipping method.
Customers who are concerned about unattended delivery are encouraged to use an available secure-delivery option.
Some options may involve additional charges.
Signature Confirmation
Most standard orders may not require a signature unless stated otherwise.
We may require or offer signature confirmation for certain:
- high-value orders;
- replacement shipments;
- orders with prior delivery problems;
- orders with elevated fraud risk; or
- other circumstances where additional delivery confirmation is appropriate.
If signature confirmation is required, someone eligible to accept the shipment may need to be present.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from Praxiline, the package may be treated as a returned-to-sender shipment rather than an approved return.
Any refund will be determined under our Return & Refund Policy after the merchandise is returned and inspected.
Original shipping charges and return-carrier charges may be non-refundable or deducted where permitted.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
Where possible, retain:
- the product;
- shipping box or mailer;
- internal packaging;
- shipping label; and
- any damaged packaging materials
until the claim has been reviewed.
We may request photographs of:
- the external packaging;
- shipping label;
- internal packaging;
- damaged product; and
- any visible damage.
This information may be necessary to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping and to support a carrier claim.
A shipping-damage claim is separate from an ordinary return for a product that is no longer wanted.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives but an item is missing or you receive an incorrect product, contact us promptly.
We may ask for:
- your order number;
- photographs of the items received;
- photographs of the packaging;
- shipping-label information; and
- other reasonable information needed to verify the issue.
If we determine that Praxiline made a fulfillment error, we will provide an appropriate correction at no additional cost to the customer.
An order may arrive in multiple packages. When an order is split into separate shipments, tracking information may be provided separately for each package.
Replacement Shipments
When we approve a replacement shipment, we may use a shipping method and delivery-security level that we determine is reasonably appropriate.
For example, a replacement order may be:
- sent with tracking;
- held for pickup;
- sent to a carrier location;
- sent with signature confirmation; or
- subject to another reasonable delivery-security measure.
We may require a more secure delivery method where an earlier shipment to the same customer or address was reported missing.
Repeated Missing-Package Claims
We reserve the right to review repeated reports of lost, stolen, or undelivered packages associated with the same:
- customer;
- shipping address;
- account;
- payment method; or
- other reasonably related transaction information.
Where there is a history of delivery problems, we may require additional delivery safeguards for future orders, including signature confirmation, hold-for-pickup, or another trackable secure-delivery method.
We may also decline or cancel future orders where we reasonably determine that we cannot reliably or securely deliver merchandise to the requested destination.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.
Shipping Insurance and Carrier Claims
Certain shipments may include carrier liability coverage, declared-value coverage, shipping insurance, or other shipment protection.
Where a carrier or insurer claim is appropriate, Praxiline may submit the claim or request reasonable cooperation from the recipient.
Resolution of an insurance or carrier claim is separate from the determination of any rights the customer may have against Praxiline under applicable law.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, an order may take longer to ship than originally anticipated.
If we are unable to ship an order within the timeframe represented to you, we will notify you as required by applicable law and provide any required revised shipment information and opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a prompt refund.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a cancellation, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Printing a shipping label does not mean that the order has shipped and is not, by itself, the cancellation cutoff.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled and the Return & Refund Policy applies.
Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled
We may cancel an order before shipment if we reasonably determine that we cannot fulfill or deliver it.
Examples may include:
- inventory errors;
- payment problems;
- shipping restrictions;
- invalid addresses;
- suspected fraud;
- unavailable shipping service;
- product errors; or
- other circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment.
If we cancel a paid order before any merchandise is shipped, we will issue a full refund of the amounts paid for the cancelled merchandise and any associated shipping charges, as applicable.
Risk, Delivery, and Customer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will control.
